Projects - Residential development
We have had the pleasure in being involved in a number of interesting projects over the course of the previous years and have successfully helped a range of client achieve their aspirations. This includes householder development and also lawful development certificates which seeks to establish a use or development.
Residential Development
A couple of case studies are outlined below to provide an illustration of our recent projects along with a selection of other examples that we have achieved approval for in the last year;
Commercial Space and 22 new flats - Newham Borough
This involved the redevelopment of a former petrol station and achieved micro business units at ground floor and 20 flats above. This was approved by the local planning committee and an image of the approved development can be seen below
4 dwellings in the Green Belt- Bexley Borough
This had a long planning history and was located in the Green Belt. We achieved consent for 4 dwellings through the conversion of the building and achieved an enhancement of the site through a new landscaping strategy. An image of the building and the approved plans can be seen below
