Projects - Rural Development
These types of development is often challenging due to the greater restrictions in these areas which seeks to protect the rural qualities of these areas- these often include areas which special protection such as landscape designations and ecological constraints. We have had many successful outcomes for clients over the past year
Equestrian Sand School- Maidstone Borough
This project involved the siting of a sand school within the AONB and close to woodland. This was appproved under delegated powers by the council
Dog day care facility- Rother District Council
This involved a new building within the AONB to supports our client's plans to start up a new business. The site was in a rural area and had a number of constraints which were successfully navigated and approval was given in 2020.

Extension to stables for welfare facilities- Tonbridge and Malling
New building to create dog day care centre- Rother District Council.

Facilities for campsite- South Downs National Park

Other ongoing projects include Neighbourhood Planning, bespoke appraisal reports and a range of appeal work and applications being prepared for submission for sites across the South East, London and beyond. The above projects also include heritage projects including obtaining listed building consent alongside the relevant planning consents or demonstrating heritage was not a constraint to the relevant sites.
