Projects - Commercial/Tourism
Commercial/Tourism development
We are also regularly involved in commercial projects whether this be property within High Street and commercial areas or within rural areas where farms or estates need to diversify, we have extensive experience in this field. This area of planning is always interesting and has high demand and we can assist in change of uses, diversification or additional development to help businesses adapt to the new climate. A couple of recent case studies are provided below
Approval of 7 treehouses within woodland - Test Valley District Council
This project sought to take advantage of the uptake in British tourism and presented a sensitive site with ecology, landscape and arboricultural constraints. Through a positive approach and appropriate planning strategy, planning permission was granted for the development and will add to the farm diversification.
