Projects - Commercial/Tourism

Commercial/Tourism development

We are also regularly involved in commercial projects whether this be property within High Streets, Commercial areas or within rural areas, we have extensive experience in this field. This area of planning is perhaps to be the busiest this year as a result of the covid crisis and we can assist in change of uses, diversification or additional development to help businesses adapt to the new climate. A couple of recent case studies are provided below

This project sought to take advantage of the uptake in British tourism and presented a sensitive site with ecology, landscape and arboricultural constraints. Through a positive approach and appropriate planning strategy, planning permission was granted for the development and these became operational in 2020.
